Instructions to Submit an Abstract

Abstract submission deadline: Sunday, November 22nd, 2026, 23:59 Taipei time (UTC+8)

Authors are invited to submit a 2-page abstract in PDF format (A4, including figures and tables) for review, using the Word or LaTeX template below. Authors of accepted abstracts will then submit a 4-page final paper in IEEE conference format, to be included in the conference proceedings, which are planned for submission to IEEE Xplore (final inclusion is subject to IEEE review and publication policies).

Submission requirements:

• PDF with all fonts embedded, file size below 10 MB.
• English only.
• Abstracts sent by email will not be considered.

Key dates:

• Acceptance notification: January 25, 2027
• Final paper deadline: March 8, 2027

Abstracts are submitted in PDF format through the conference's online submission system. The submission link will be announced here soon.

A confirmation email, acknowledging receipt of the abstract with an assigned abstract number, will be sent to the corresponding author within 2 working days after submission.
