When and where does IWCN 2027 take place?

April 19–22, 2027 at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu, Taiwan, with the International Wigner Workshop (IWW 2027) on April 19. See the Venue page for directions.

Can I attend remotely?

IWCN 2027 is a hybrid conference: on-site attendance plus live streaming. A post-workshop VOD service is also planned.

How do I submit an abstract?

Submissions are 2-page PDF abstracts (A4, including figures and tables), due November 22, 2026, 23:59 Taipei time (UTC+8). Authors of accepted abstracts will submit a 4-page final paper for the proceedings. Templates are available on the Submission page.

When does registration open?

Registration fees are listed on the Registration page. The online registration link will be announced there. Early registration closes February 26, 2027.

Do I need a visa to enter Taiwan?

Many nationalities can enter Taiwan visa-free. See Visa & Invitation Letters for entry requirements and how to request an invitation letter.
